Stefanie Pitts, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Stefanie is currently working at Bizzabo as the Senior Director of People & Global People Ops. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Operations at Bizzabo.

Before joining Bizzabo, Stefanie held the position of VP of People Operations at BridgeHealth, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions. Stefanie also worked as the Director of People Operations at BridgeHealth for over three years.

Stefanie's experience in the technology industry includes roles at Vidyo, Inc., where they served as the Human Resources Director and Manager. Stefanie was instrumental in managing the HR business partner function for a team of approximately 300 employees across multiple entities.

In addition to their technology industry experience, Stefanie also has experience in the telecommunications industry. Stefanie worked at DISH Network as the Human Resources Manager for Direct Sales and as a Human Resources Generalist.

Earlier in their career, Stefanie gained valuable experience in the distribution sector as a Human Resources Representative at Lenox, and in the manufacturing sector as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at American Microwave Corporation.

Stefanie began their career at COMSTAR Federal Credit Union as an Employee Administrator.

Stefanie Pitts, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from Mount St. Mary's University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the American University - Kogod School of Business, graduating between 1996 and 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Stefanie Pitts has obtained various certifications. Stefanie became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) through the HR Certification Institute in January 2007. Furthermore, in March 2015, they acquired the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM. Most recently, in July 2022, they became a Founding Community Member of LifeLabs Learning, completing the LifeLabs Learning program.
