Prior to this, they held the same position at Vidyo, where they played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Enghouse Systems Limited. Tami also served as the VP of Human Resources & Operations at NICE Actimize, contributing to the company's growth and eventual acquisition by Nice Systems. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Operations at Ericom Software. Tami Lev-Golan started their professional journey in 1998 with Sphir Consulting as a Consultant. Throughout their career, Tami Lev-Golan has gained valuable experience in strategic management, human resources, and operations.

Tami Lev-Golan pursued their education, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Business & Industrial Psychology from Baruch College. Tami then went on to complete a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
