Amy Hunter has a diverse work experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Amy has held various roles at BJC HealthCare, starting as a Program Manager in 2011 and progressing to become the Vice President of Patient Care Systems in 2023. Prior to BJC HealthCare, Amy co-founded and worked as a consultant at P3 Healthcare Consulting, LLC from 2010 to 2019. Amy also worked as a Registered Nurse at Washington University in St. Louis from 2009 to 2011 and as an Infection Control Nurse at Select Medical from 2009 to 2010. Amy's early career includes a managerial role at Barnes-Jewish Hospital from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on intervention epidemiology and infection prevention.

Amy Hunter obtained a BSN degree in Nursing from Barnes College of Nursing in 1996. Amy has additional certifications in Just Culture, Lean Leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.
