Deb Yost

Deb Yost has over 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Deb is currently serving as the VP of People Strategy at BJC HealthCare. Prior to that, they held the position of VP HR/CHRO at Mercy, where they oversaw HR strategy for 20,000 employees and implemented talent optimization and culture transformation initiatives. Before Mercy, Deb served as the Global VP of HR & Talent Management at Laird Connectivity, where they developed and led the global HR strategy for a diverse workforce of 15,000 employees. Deb has also worked at Wachovia Securities, Express Scripts, Synchronized Resources, Sara Lee, and Bryan Cave, gaining experience in various HR roles and responsibilities. Throughout their career, Deb has demonstrated expertise in areas such as HR strategy, talent optimization, change management, and HR consulting.

Deb Yost has completed a Mediation Dispute Resolution Training Program at Saint Louis University School of Law. Deb holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Legal Studies with HRM & HR Development Emphasis from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science & Legal Studies from the same institution. Deb Yost has also obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2023.
