Doug's earlier experience at Save-A-Lot included various buyer roles and management positions, and Doug began a career in retail as a Meat Clerk at Dierbergs Markets from 2006 to 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an Associate of Science from Southwestern Illinois College.
