Seth Doria

Seth Doria is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Executive Communications at BJC HealthCare since September 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing executive leaders' communication and managing the organization’s nominations and awards program. Previously, Seth held the position of Senior Manager of Employee Communications at Okta, transforming employee communication strategies and elevating the Intranet's content approach. As Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Bank Communications at Citi, Seth led a team focused on multi-channel internal messaging for over 30,000 employees.
