Stacy Arney

Stacy Arney, SPHR, has extensive work experience in human resources. Stacy currently holds the position of Senior Director, HR Business Partner at BJC HealthCare since October 2021. Previously, they worked as VP, HR Operations at the same company from March 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they served as Director, HR & Transformation Support Services from November 2014 to March 2019. In this role, they reported to the President and provided vision and strategy for human resources and transformation support services. Stacy also held the position of Manager, Patient Experience & Organizational Development from September 2013 to November 2014, where they developed and executed service excellence and organizational development programs. Prior to joining BJC HealthCare, Stacy worked at Videojet (Danaher Corporation), where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources from July 2009 to November 2011 and Manager of Human Resources from October 2000 to July 2009. In these positions, they provided leadership and direction in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and reward and recognition systems.

Stacy Arney, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In addition, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
