Terri Byas

Terri Byas has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Terri started at Wausau Mortgage Corporation in 2000 as a Recruiting Manager, where they successfully managed a team and handled full-cycle recruiting. Terri then moved to US Cellular Corporation in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting recruitment for sales and customer care positions. Finally, they joined BJC HealthCare in 2009 as a Lead Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they developed staffing strategies, provided consultative support, and maintained an efficient recruitment process.

Terri Byas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. In 2013, they obtained a BJC Leadership Certificate from BJC Healthcare.
