Todd Porter

Todd Porter has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over two decades. Todd currently holds the position of Head of Technology Transformation Program at BJC HealthCare, where they manage an I&O Org of 300+ individuals and is responsible for rebuilding technology platforms while ensuring operational continuity for 35,000+ colleagues. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of IT Technology & User Experience at BJC HealthCare, where they focused on service design, delivery, and operations for various technology areas.

Before their tenure at BJC HealthCare, Todd worked as the Head of IT at LMI Aerospace - A Member of the Sonaca Group. In this position, they oversaw all aspects of IT strategy and operations across multiple locations in North America. Additionally, they held roles as the Sr. Director of IT Architecture, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure & Operations, and as the Director of IT Operations.

Earlier in their career, Todd gained consulting experience as a Management Consultant at IBM, where they worked with Shire Pharmaceuticals (formerly Baxalta). Todd has also held senior positions at TD Ameritrade (formerly Scottrade), Oakwood Systems Group, Allergan (formerly Forest Pharmaceuticals), Abbott (formerly St. Jude Medical), Honeywell ACS, Carlson Companies, and HSBC.
