Amy Tracy, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner III at BJC Medical Group since July 2019. Tracy has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Centene Corporation and AVP in both Employee Relations and Human Resources at Citi. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Centric Group and RehabCare, along with a Human Resources Generalist role at Edward Jones. Tracy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as an MBA in Human Resources from Lindenwood University.
