Shannon Pultz, BSN RN, serves as the Clinical Manager of the Access Center at BJC Medical Group since July 2016, overseeing a 24/7 telephonic nurse triage team that supports primary care practices. In previous roles, Shannon was an Assistant Nurse Manager and a Nurse Care Manager, responsible for staffing, training, and managing over 100 patient cases. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Registered Nurse at Cross Country TravCorps Inc and Mercy Hospital St. Louis, along with roles as a Community Support Specialist at BJC HealthCare, where Shannon provided direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs. Shannon began the healthcare career as a Wrap Around Facilitator and Case Manager at Wyandot Center for Behavioral Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rockhurst University in Communication and Media Studies.
