Kelley Dumey

Kelley Dumey, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner III at BJC Medical Group since June 2019, specializing in employee relations, engagement, benefits, and talent management. Previously, Kelley worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at River City Casino & Hotel from April 2015 to June 2019 and as a Human Resource Manager at Hydromat, Inc. from January 2013 to April 2015, where responsibilities included benefits administration and employee relations. Earlier in the career, Kelley gained valuable experience as an Executive Team Leader at Target from 2008 to January 2013, managing retail operations with significant annual sales. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Management from the University of Missouri and has additional educational background in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
