Adam Schive Bjerck

Adam Schive Bjerck has extensive experience in the culinary and investment sectors, currently serving as a Medeier at Adams Matkasse and Bjerck Restaurant & Bar since 2013 and 2018, respectively. Adam holds the position of Chef de Cuisine at Fish and Cow since 2013, and acts as an investor in multiple ventures including Cutters, Pukka Travels, Freska, Eduplaytion, Sunny Side, and was previously involved with Timma until 2019.
