Rachael Vegas

Rachael Vegas is the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer at BJ's. Rachael has over 18 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Rachael has held various leadership positions at Target, Food Lion, and Hannaford Supermarkets. In their most recent role as Chief Merchant at Brandless, they were responsible for the company's overall merchandising strategy and execution. Rachael is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rachael Vegas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from Tufts University.
