David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson is an experienced AI Specialist currently working at BJSS since December 2024. Previously, David served as Chief Data Officer at HUMN Behavior, managing a data and behavioral science team, and led the development of a BI-focused product suite hosted on AWS. As Founding Director of Delphinus Data, David provided comprehensive data science consultancy services, establishing multiple data teams. In the role of Lead Data Scientist at Campaign Nucleus, David developed data science-derived models for political campaign software. Prior positions include Chief Data Officer at AiAdvertising, where David oversaw digital marketing consultancy projects, and Data Scientist at SCL Elections, where David constructed predictive models and led a team. David’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Astrophysics from the University of Portsmouth and a Master’s in Physics from the University of Oxford.
