Rutger Tiesma

Rutger Tiesma is an experienced campaign leader and art director currently working at BKB | Het Campagnebureau since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing campaigns on various social issues and executing communication strategies. Tiesma has held multiple roles within the organization, including junior campaigner, contributing to diverse topics such as refugee issues and discrimination. Additionally, Tiesma has freelanced in the hospitality sector and served as a bar manager for festivals while previously holding positions at G-Star RAW as a campaign and content manager for e-commerce and at Skyscrapers as a young professional in a digital traineeship. Tiesma's education includes a Master of Science in Marketing Management and two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Amsterdam.
