Bec Bliss

Bec Bliss has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They founded BKB Talent in 2021, offering recruiting and training services for tech startups and growth-stage companies. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent at Elias Sports Bureau, Inc., where they provided statistical services for various professional sports organizations. They also held positions at Gray Scalable, serving as the Head of Recruiting Intelligence and Operations, Principal Tech Recruiter and Sourcing Team Manager, and Technical Recruiting Consultant. Additionally, Bec worked as a Lead Recruiter at XO Group Inc., a Tech Recruiter at People Project, the Managing Director at Summit Of The Minds, and a Copywriter at Pigeonhole Productions.

Bec Bliss attended Goucher College from 2004 to 2006, and the University of Melbourne from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Anthropology. No degree was specified for either institution.
