Donald Toy

Donald Toy, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at BKF Engineers since August 2016, Donald has held significant positions including Project Manager and Managing Engineer at Wilsey Ham from January 2013 to August 2016, and Senior Project Engineer at Mark Thomas and Company from July 1998 to January 2013. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, completed in 1991, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in the State of California. Additionally, Donald is a licensed Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Developer through the State Water Resources Control Board.
