Elisa Levy

Elisa Levy has a strong background in human resources and administration. Elisa is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BKF Engineers since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at West Yost Associates as the Business Services Director from May 2018 to May 2023. Before that, they held several roles at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, including Assistant Dean, Administration and Strategic Planning from July 2015 to May 2018, Assistant Dean, Administration and Resource Management from July 2014 to June 2015, and Director, Human Resources from December 2004 to June 2014. Elisa also has experience as the Manager of Human Resources at Basic American Foods from October 1997 to December 2004, as well as a Recruiting Manager at Context Integration from December 1995 to December 1997. Elisa began their career as a Consultant (Recruiting) at Workforce Solutions, IBM from December 1993 to December 1995.

Elisa Levy completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1993. Elisa later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Elisa also obtained additional certifications in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from UC Berkeley Extension in 2018.
