Shanté Stowell

Shanté Stowell is a Senior Project Engineer at BKF Engineers since September 2015, where project work includes designing and drafting site development plans for significant developments in the San Francisco Bay Area, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating detailed engineering designs. Prior experience includes roles as a Radio Producer at Measuring Marine Microbes, where Shanté produced podcasts for public broadcasting, and as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at MIT, mentoring students in environmental engineering projects. Shanté also gained valuable experience as a Research and Design Intern in wastewater treatment systems and as an Engineering Intern developing sustainable water purification solutions in Chile. Shanté holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
