Nadia Moser Ritler

Nadia Moser Ritler serves as the Head of Excellence & Experience at BKW Power Grid, being a member of the Executive Board and overseeing Experience and Sustainability disciplines. Previously, Nadia led Sustainability initiatives and strategy projects at BKW Group, and played a pivotal role in transforming the Energy Markets & Group Services division. Prior to BKW, significant contributions were made at Swisscom in various leadership roles, including Head of Digital Workplace Solutions and Transformation Manager, where organizational and operational enhancements were driven. Nadia holds multiple advanced degrees in Applied Psychology and Corporate Communication, along with certifications in Agile Leadership and ScrumMaster methodologies, and is currently pursuing a CAS in Leading Sustainability Transformation at the University of St. Gallen.
