Víctor Méndez

Victor Mendez is an experienced technology leader currently serving as VP Engineering Platform & Carpool at BlaBlaCar since September 2021 and as a member of Upscalers since March 2024. Previously, Victor held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Ryte from March 2020 to September 2021, and served as VP Engineering at TrustYou between January 2018 and February 2020. Additional roles include Senior Software Development Manager at Raet, Software Development Manager at Frontiers, and Co-founder/Chief Technology Officer at Agencia de Ingeniería. Victor began their career as a Software Developer & Analyst at SICE, with earlier consulting roles at ALTEN and as a Freelance Software Development Consultant. Victor holds a Master in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
