Black Artists + Designers Guild
Tangie Murray serves as a Strategic Advisor for the Black Artists + Designers Guild, focusing on promoting an equitable and inclusive creative culture for independent Black makers. Previously, Tangie held the role of Senior Vice President at the 4A's Foundation, advocating for diverse talent in the marketing industry. As Senior Consultant at Ruby Owl, Tangie utilized over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and corporate social responsibility to empower client organizations. Tangie was also the Executive Director at the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, where initiatives were created to engage underrepresented artists and students. Early career experiences included developing cause marketing campaigns at SHiNE, Inc. and executing marketing programs at Grey Group. Tangie holds an Executive Education Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from UCLA.
