Trish Phillips is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across various organizations. Prior experience includes roles as HR Director at Exodus Communications, where Trish provided leadership on policy and employee relations issues, and as a Senior HR Manager at Applied Materials, overseeing HR functions for over 300 employees across multiple states. Additional roles include Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Whittaker Communications and Benefits Specialist at Advanced Computer Communications, demonstrating expertise in employee benefits management. Trish also has experience as an Office Assistant at Simpson University and was self-employed as a full-time mom for several years. Trish holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from San Jose State University.
