Matthew Easton, RCDD, serves as the Global Head of Data Center Solutions at Black Box since September 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions at E2 Optics from April 2018 to September 2024, including Vice President of Operations, where leadership involved overseeing critical operational functions and strategizing organizational growth. As Senior Director of Program Management, Matthew expanded the workforce significantly and directed operations for major clients. Matthew's early career included roles at E2 Optics as Project Manager and at the State of Nebraska from March 2001 to November 2017 as IT Manager, where major contributions included the creation of a key telecommunications requirements resource document.
