Bobbi Gilbert, MLS, aPHR has a long and varied work experience. Bobbi began their career in 1998 with the United States Air Force in various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Law Office Manager, Litigation Paralegal, Paralegal, and Communications Electronics Maintainer. In their role as Human Resources Manager, they provided C-Suite leaders with a ready force to execute the unit mission and moved to resolve issues that, left unchecked, would adversely impact the readiness of unit members. In their role as Law Office Manager, they supported the Senior Legal Advisor to C-Suite leader for HQ, U. S. European Command. In 2021, they began working for Black Cape in the roles of Human Resources Director and HR Manager. In their role as HR Director, they align HR initiatives and functions with business needs and objectives, enhances staff performance, provides C-Suite level HR solutions, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Bobbi Gilbert, MLS, aPHR has a comprehensive education history. Bobbi holds a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from American Military University, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Summa Cum Laude from American Military University, an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the Community College of the Air Force, an Associate's degree in Electronic and Communications Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force, and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Community College of the Air Force.
