Kathleen Palmer has extensive work experience in logistics, supply chain operations, and finance. Kathleen is currently the Director of Logistics and Customs Compliance at Black Diamond Group Inc., where they oversee logistics operations and ensures compliance with customs regulations. Prior to this, they worked as the Logistics & Compliance Manager at the same company.
Prior to joining Black Diamond Group Inc., Palmer served as the Inventory Control and Procurement Manager at Horizon Bradco from 2018 to 2019.
From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Global Supply Chain Operations Manager at Schwartz & Benjamin Inc., where they managed the production and logistics processes for multiple footwear brands.
Palmer also has experience in international supply chain operations and finance. Kathleen worked at Wolverine World Wide, where they served as the International Supply Chain Operations, Demand Planning and Finance Sr Analyst, responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing sales and forecasts for multiple international partners.
Before that, they co-founded Winchester Fishing Co. Inc., where they managed daily operations, inventory, and marketing for a retail and manufacturing business. Palmer also has experience at Converse Inc., where they worked as an International Supply Chain Planning and Finance Supervisor, and at Ernst and Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked as a Business Consultant on process improvement and ERP implementation teams.
Throughout their career, Palmer has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and finance, with a focus on process improvement and implementing effective systems.
Kathleen Palmer earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Global Supply Chain Operations Management from Bentley University between 1994 and 1997.
