Kaitlyn McCrerey

Kaitlyn (Bamrick) McCrerey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaitlyn started their career as a Graduate Assistant for Special Events and Projects at Nova Southeastern University in 2014, where they worked until 2015. Kaitlyn then moved on to become a Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life at the same university from 2015 to 2016. Afterward, they joined Washington & Jefferson College as the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life from 2016 to 2020.

In 2020, Kaitlyn embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and became the Owner of Down The Road Interiors. Kaitlyn was responsible for managing the business operations.

Kaitlyn then transitioned to the role of People Operations Coordinator at Valley Flagging Services from August 2021 to January 2022. Kaitlyn coordinated various people-related activities within the organization.

Kaitlyn subsequently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Anderson Equipment Company from January 2022 to April 2023. In this role, Kaitlyn handled various HR functions.

Currently, Kaitlyn holds the position of Human Resources Director at Black Diamond Equipment Rental, LLC, starting in April 2023. Kaitlyn is responsible for overseeing the HR department and its operations.
