Rachel Hume

Rachel Hume is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Black Diamond Equipment since February 2021. Previously, Rachel held various roles within the same company, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Specialist, Specialty Account Representative, and Retail Sales Lead. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Advanced Behavioral Analysis, Inc. and managing Jitters Brewing Company. Rachel also served as an Outdoor Recreation Trip Leader at Clemson University and as Mountaineering Activity Head at Camp Merrie-Woode. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Clemson University, completing the program in December 2019.
