Shelley Gillett

Shelley Gillett currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Black Diamond Group, a position held since September 2019, after previously working as the General Manager of Human Resources. Shelley has extensive experience in human resources, having held roles including Human Resources Consultant and Manager of Human Resources at ATCO Power Canada Ltd, and Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Internal Communications at Pembina Pipeline Corporation. Additional experience includes positions at Anadarko Petroleum as Manager of Human Resources and Senior Compensation Analyst, as well as a Human Resources Generalist role at Fluor Canada. Shelley's career began as an Employment Consultant at Teamwork Training Ltd. In terms of education, Shelley earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Lethbridge between 1988 and 1993.
