Mike Hale

Mike Hale's work experience starts with their role as Chief Technology Officer at BlackDoctor.org, which they began in April 2020 and is currently ongoing. Prior to that, they founded Stompgear, a boutique digital marketing and website development agency, in January 2018. Mike also worked as a Realtor Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group starting in October 2018. From July to November 2019, Mike worked as a Product Manager at Impress.org.

Before their recent roles, Mike worked as a Realtor at Daniel And Associates Real Estate from December 2007 to October 2018. Mike also served as a Platform & API Developer at Rainmaker Digital from June 2014 to January 2018. Prior to that, Mike was the CEO of Commencia from September 2001 to December 2017.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Sr. .Net Developer at IncWorx Consulting from April 2010 to April 2011 and as a Technical Architect at SD3 from October 2008 to April 2009. Mike began their career as a US Technical Architect at BP from March 2006 to June 2007, where they were responsible for designing and implementing custom software solutions for the US conversion of BP Connect to AM/PM stores.

Mike Hale attended the College of DuPage in 2007 but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. In 2023, they obtained certifications in the Solana Blockchain Developer Program from Nas Company and the Winter School of Solana 2023 from Ackee Blockchain Security.
