Kim Luong

Kim Luong has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Kim is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Black Dog Institute since July 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of People & Culture Operations Lead at the same organization from July 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Black Dog Institute, Kim worked at Audi Australia as a Human Resources Business Partner from May 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at Kia Motors Australia Pty Ltd from November 2011 to May 2017.

Kim's career in HR began at Chandler Macleod, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant from May 2010 to August 2011. Kim started their professional journey as a Member Services Team Leader at PermissionCorp from September 2007 to May 2010.

From 2005 to 2008, Kim Luong attended Western Sydney University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
