Dinh Pham has worked in the beauty industry since 2007. Theirwork experience includes Associate Brand Manager at Jakks Pacific from 2007-2010, Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager at American International Industries from 2010-2015, Senior Brand Manager at MGA Entertainment from 2015-2016, and Director of Product Development at Cosmetic Design Group from 2014-2022. Currently, Dinh Pham is the Director of Brand Development & Sales at Black Girl Sunscreen.

Dinh Pham obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
