Tandra Byrd

Tandra Byrd is the Development Coordinator at Black Girls CODE. Tandra previously served as the Program and Organization Coordinator at NC Counts Coalition from March 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they managed a $1 million grant database, facilitated the organization’s internal communication, coordinated speaking engagements for the organization’s directors, and maintained a database of over 200 partners and contacts. Tandra also has experience in event and meeting logistics, community engagement, and providing administrative support to the Board of Directors. Tandra is skilled in using networks and online platforms to recruit potential employees and form long-lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Tandra Byrd has a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from The Art Institutes. In 2022, they became a Goodmon Fellow and received certification from Leadership Triangle.
