Antonio Paulo possesses extensive experience in information technology and customer service, currently serving as a Conference Associate at Black Hat since August 2019, while also holding a position as a Judicial Support Officer at Dallas County. With a strong foundation in IT support cultivated through roles at Key Energy Services and Panda Hut Express, Antonio specializes in troubleshooting computer systems, providing technical support, and developing IT infrastructure projects. Educationally, Antonio holds a Master of Computer Applications in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the University of Advancing Technology, along with additional degrees in network security and Information Technology from Midland College.
