Tanya Fritz

Tanya Fritz serves as the Director of Culture and Professional Development at Black Hills Works, focusing on creating a supportive work culture through effective systems and continuous learning. In addition, Tanya holds multiple roles, including Director of Credentialing at Black Hills Works, where efforts are directed towards developing a comprehensive credentialing program for Direct Support Professionals that emphasizes both technical and soft skills. As a Consultant and Trainer at Connections and an ACE Interface Master Trainer, Tanya promotes community resilience through training on trauma-informed practices. With a rich history at Children's Home Society of South Dakota as the Advocacy and Prevention Program Director, alongside previous roles in community outreach, counseling, and asset building, Tanya brings extensive experience in social work and community development. Tanya earned a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
