Erik Keller

Erik Keller is the current SVP and Chief Information Officer at Black Hills. Erik has over 25 years of experience in IT and has held various positions in companies such as BBA Aviation plc, Signature Aviation, and Oracle.

Keller began their career in IT at BBA Aviation plc in January 2012 as the Group Chief Information Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading all IT aspects and focusing on leveraging IT capabilities across all BBA business units. Erik supported 5,500+ employees and global consumers, with 400+ locations and 1,600+ self-serve fuel tech installations. Erik was also a member of the BBA Executive Committee.

During their time at BBA Aviation plc, Keller transformed systems and processes to grow revenue generation, improve decision making, transparency, and intra-team collaboration and the customer journey. Erik did this by partnering with BU leaders to drive change through streamlined processes and improved functionality/customer experience. Erik also modernized priority legacy applications. Some of their notable accomplishments include realizing Op Profit improvement by developing a Signature Flight Support operating/revenue management platform; FBO Management and POS System; Pricing Optimization Engine; and improving internal processes/customer experience by leveraging a strategic front-end tech platform (Pegasystems) to automate and extend processes.

In addition to transforming systems and processes, Keller also enabled numerous acquisitions and divestitures by conducting due diligence, technology integration, and separation

Erik Keller's educational career began with a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University. Erik continued their education with the Innovative Technology Leader Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Erik also completed a Corporate Education Leadership Development Program at Duke University.

They are on a team with Richard Kinzley - SVP & CFO, Jennifer Landis - SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, and Brian G. Iverson - SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer. Erik Keller reports to Linden R. Evans, President & CEO.
