Kathleen McAllister, age 55, was elected to the Board in October 2019. She was President, CEO and CFO of Transocean Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Transocean Ltd., from 2014 to 2016. She also served in other leadership roles at Transocean Ltd., an international provider of offshore contract drilling services for oil and gas wells, beginning in 1997, including Vice President and Treasurer. She also serves on the Boards of Maersk Drilling and Hoegh LNG Holdings Ltd.
