Oriah L.

Oriah L. serves as the Enterprise Cybersecurity Leader at Black Hills Energy since June 2021, overseeing cybersecurity initiatives across Cloud, IT, and OT environments to protect essential energy services for millions. Prior to this role, Oriah held various leadership positions, including President and Chief Risk & Security Officer at Layer 8 Technologies, where advanced risk management strategies were developed. Previously, Oriah was the Cybersecurity Practice Lead for Barracuda and an Intelligence & Cyber Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force, culminating a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the Department of Defense and intelligence sectors. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and multiple certifications related to intelligence and cybersecurity from notable institutions.
