Zane Haase is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering, currently serving as Lead Substation Engineer at Black Hills Energy since May 2017. Zane has extensive experience in project management, substation design, construction management, and testing and commissioning, progressing through roles from Engineer I to Senior Electrical Engineer within the organization. Prior experience includes internships at Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. and Bobcat Company, focusing on transmission engineering and electrical design, respectively. Zane holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
