Dr. Andria Johnson, MBA, DBA

Dr. Andria Johnson, MBA, DBA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Dr. Andria currently holds the position of Head of People & Inclusion at the National Women's Soccer League. Prior to this, they operated their own consulting company, Andria J. Consulting, where they served as the Owner.

Dr. Johnson also worked as a Human Resources Consultant & HR Expert for The Black In HR (TM), providing advisory services in the field. Dr. Andria has also been actively involved in WISE DFW, serving as a Board Member and holding the role of WISE Within Chair. In this capacity, they facilitated mentoring programs and enhanced professional development opportunities for members.

Previously, Dr. Johnson held leadership positions at Red Ventures as the Director of People Operations for RV Travel and at the Dallas Mavericks as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Dr. Andria gained experience in talent acquisition and recruitment during their tenure with the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition department.

Further, Dr. Johnson worked as a Recruiter for Texas Children's Hospital (RPO) and as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Kinetix. Their career began at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as a Proposal Analyst II specializing in labor workforce planning.

With their diverse experience and expertise in human resources and talent acquisition, Dr. Andria Johnson is a seasoned professional in their field.

Dr. Andria Johnson, MBA, DBA, completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, attending from 2006 to 2010. Dr. Andria then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Ashford University from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2013 to 2020.
