Thomas Schwartz has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Thomas began their career at Micro Center as a Technician Level 1, Front End Leader, and CSR. In 2016, they joined FTD Companies as an EG2 Helpdesk, offering over the phone and remote support for members using Company software as well as networking, printers, and general PC issues. In 2018, they moved to King-Devick Technologies, Inc., where they held the roles of Tech Support/ Associate Developer and Technical Support Specialist. In 2021, they returned to Black Line IT as a Software Support Engineer, and later that year was promoted to Lead Software Support Engineer.
