Gregory Wellinghoff

Gregory Wellinghoff currently serves as the Sr. Director of National Broker RTD & Packaged Coffee at Black Rifle Coffee Company since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Director of Sales and Distribution. At Black Rifle Coffee Company, a veteran-owned business focused on premium coffee, Wellinghoff contributes to a culture deeply rooted in American values. Prior to this role, Wellinghoff worked at Pepsi Bottling Ventures from May 2017 to August 2022, where positions included C&G Account Manager for small format customers and Large Format Key Account Manager, managing significant retail accounts such as Walmart and Target. Earlier experience included a Weekend Manager and Merchandising Manager role, overseeing a team of merchandisers and coordinating operations across multiple grocery accounts. Wellinghoff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Salisbury University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018.
