Jacob Gomez

Jacob Gomez serves as the VP of People Operations at Black Rifle Coffee Company since May 2021, overseeing the organization's total rewards philosophy and HR department functions, including compliance and employee engagement. Previously, Jacob held positions within Utah Transit Authority as Manager of Total Rewards, where responsibilities included designing rewards programs in a unionized environment, and Advanced Workplace Strategies, Inc. as Manager of Compliance & Audits. Jacob's experience also includes service in the US Navy as Petty Officer Third Class. Educational credentials comprise an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, alongside an Associate's degree in Human Behavioral Studies from Hartnell College.
