Jason Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Production & Manufacturing and Executive Program Manager at Black River Systems Company since June 2019, Jason previously held various leadership roles at CONMED Corporation from November 2005 to June 2019, including Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management Manager. Jason's expertise encompasses managing large engineering teams, overseeing corporate initiatives, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management/Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
