Justin Schneider has been in the culinary industry since 2008, when they began working as a Chef de Tournant at Town Hall Restaurant. Justin then moved on to become a Lead Line Cook at Alembic Bar in 2011, and a Catering Chef at Stag Dining in 2015. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Sous Chef at Asana, and in 2020 they became a Private Chef. Currently, Justin is an Executive Chef, R&D at Black Sheep Foods.
Justin Schneider attended Columbus State Community College and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Justin then attended The University of Akron to study Advertising.
