Stephen Zhu (Xiao Gang)

Stephen (Xiao Gang) Zhu is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Instrument and Control Engineer at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since November 2015, where responsibilities include leading teams and independent engineering in the design of PLC and DCS control systems, as well as SCADA/HMI configuration.
