William Dolinar (Bill)

William (Bill) Dolinar has extensive experience in accounting and financial management within various sectors, primarily focusing on field administration and payroll functions. Currently serving as Manager of Field Administration at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since May 2021, Bill oversees union craft payrolls and site personnel in North America.
