Alfonso Reyes Sincioco Jr PE PMP MsCE CEng FI ASEAN Eng DfSP is an experienced Chief Resident Engineer at Black & Veatch and AECOM since October 2015, and has been a Construction Manager at Keppel Seghers Engineering Singapore Pte Ltd since January 2002.
