Dimitris Tsolkas

Dimitris Tsolkas has been with Egnatia Odos S.A. since September 1997, where Dimitris currently holds the position of Chief Resident Engineer and Team Leader. Dimitris is responsible for supervising the construction of the Vlora Bypass under FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Tsolkas also serves as the Company Branch Office Representative, seeking new projects in the Balkan countries. Prior to this, Dimitris worked as a Director of International Projects Division, overseeing implementation of international contracts in Serbia, Albania, and Romania. With a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Tsolkas has a wealth of experience in the construction and maintenance of highway projects.
